“A true podium parade was sent to us from Erden by Stefan Justen from the Meulenhof.
… Those who criticize must also be able to praise. We write this so explicitly because we did not consider such a podium fireworks from this ripe year to be possible … … On the one hand, solid, dry wines with up to a veritable 14 percent alcohol, on the other hand, residual sweet wines that have the high clarity of Riesling …… .Nothing burnt can be seen in the dry, a play between warmth and a certain coolness. That’s what makes the tension. We stayed a little more relaxed with the rest of the sweet, as we know about the strengths of the playful Spät- und Auslese from the podium.
